The baile boy of New York is back at it with his twist on this latest craze we know as trap. Comrade has always been on point with his production skills, but he outshines himself by bringing a much needed new sound to the trap storm. He released “Mulherada” a few days ago, which is an interesting mix of baile funk, whose origins are from the favela world of Brazil and the insanely viral deep trap worlds. Combining musical elements from both worlds, Comrade creates the perfect union between the old and new. If you’re in need of an education on baile funk, check below “Mulherada” and check out his mix, which is a personal favorite of mine on repeat on the regs in my office and car. Enjoy your schooling, you won’t regret expanding your horizons.
