Labor Day weekend is a time when friends and families gather for one last hoorah to end the summer before a combination work, school, and winter weather take over our minds. For the last  two years, the good people at React have flexed their might in and supplied Chicago with a proper way to bring an end to summer time fun. If Spring Awakening was the kick-off, then North Coast Music Festival is surely the last hoorah as the 3rd annual event happens once again Union Park.
