When looking for new music, I usually go with a gut-instinct. A name says it all in my opinion, if an artist has a stage-name that resonates with me I usually give that artist a listen. Today’s case, True North, definitely resonated. True North is a Sydney, Australia artist on Yes Please records, and this is one of his newest releases. I find both tracks to be great, but if I had to choose one, “Brightwork” does the trick for me. Its use of filtered/distorted vocals, Purity Ring sounding beats and wonderful composition makes it a must-listen for me (and hopefully for you)!
