This little bundle of tracks surfaced earlier today and I couldn’t be more pleased with what I found in store once I dove in. Back in June Skullcandy brought us the first installment of the ‘Supreme Sound’ series with a stop in Paris (you can get a little flavor of that release above). One this first stopped they featured the musical stylings of Onra and Walter Mecca which gave us some sexy dance floor vibes. This latest release takes us down a bit of a different path; focusing most directly on Deft (with just a remix by fLako featured on the release) Skullcandy presents us with two synth driven garage tracks that lead us down a wondrously misty path that leaves us at the foot of fLako‘s rework of ‘Illicit Fantasy’. fLako takes the original and entirely turns it on its head, adding wild textures and while still carrying forth the some heavy elements from the original it’s a great way to tie up this little pack of tracks from Skullcandy. If you’re really digging the tunes and want them for yourself they are doing a very limited 12″ pressing of this release which you can swoop when the package is fully released tomorrow (we will get this updated with a link once it’s live)!
