KiD CuDi is determined to make 2013 his year, with bold claims like calling his new album better than Chronic 2001 and following it up with amazing singles such as “Just What IAm” and “King Wizard”. While those two saw Cudi showing the world he hasn’t lost his ability to rap, the newest single from Indicud takes a different approach than the previously released tracks, more along the lines of “Man on the Moon (The Anthem)”. Scott Mescudi produced the track himself, and I absolutely can’t get enough of the beat he created, which takes MGMT’s “Congratulations” and reverses it and speeds it up. To be honest though I would have loved to see him spit a verse on it instead of the stadium-arena singing that is clearly influenced by WZRD. Look out for Indicud to drop on April 23rd, which features artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, and many more.
