The Glasgow artists known as Rustie (born Russell Whyte), who rose to huge success through his 2011 album Glass Swords, is back with the first release since the album.  If you’ve never heard of Rustie before, this will be a treat.  Rustie is known for his far-out sounds that might resemble something of a “post-dubstep” sound, but more than anything it’s just good music with a bass emphasis.  If you’ve listen to Glass Swords before, then be prepared for more of the same great Rustie sound on “Slasherr”.  “Slasherr” was released today and the B-side of the release, “Triadzz” will be released soon according to Rustie’s Facebook page.  Until then, enjoy this huge new tune from Rustie, showcasing his ability to once again break down genre boundaries with his own style of music.
