What happens when you put two of the biggest names in house music together in the same studio? A body-rocking three track EP crafted by Catz ‘n Dogz and Eats Everything that is sure to be nothing short of a main-room dance floor banger this fall. The tech-house EP, titled Stinky Lollipop, named by the son of Dirtybird label godfather Claude von Stroke, is full of deep fist-pumping bass, choppy rhythmic chords and crisp sensual vocals that, in tandem, provide for a hot-and-heavy dance floor extravaganza.
The success of the collab between Polish house duo Catz ‘n Dogz and Bristol house connoisseur Eats Everything comes at no surprise. Eats Everything, better known as the lovely Daniel Pearce, originally joined forces with Catz ‘n Dogz in 2011 when he released ‘Entrance Song’ on their internationally renowned imprint and funk-factory Pets Recordings. For the first time ever, the three have teamed up to give their fans an impressionable collage of 3 track interpretation of Euro garage house. My favorite in the track list comes at no surprise, ‘Evil Tram’ perfects the combination of alluring vocals, persistent bass and their signature sound – killer rolling percussions that make for the perfect high-hats.
The EP is now digitally available for purchase on Beatport as well as on vinyl for those of us that love wax. Check out a three minute preview of each track on the SoundCloud link below, and be sure not to deny your body’s immediate reaction to dance.
