Hayden James wastes no time. Just last month he released his first EP off the Australian label, Future Classic. Now James comes at us again with a remix to Snakadaktal’s track “Fall Underneath”. This remix contains the familiar synths found in his previous tracks including a strong vocal emphasis. The song starts off with a slow tempo as a female’s chilling voice echoes. James adds a quick, upbeat piano riff to keep the track’s sound unpredictable and enticing. He gradually builds-up from a semi-sad beginning to a surprising drop that’s a blend of soft-funk and hip-hop beats. By incorporating multiple genres within one song James taps into some new territory for his music career. I truly appreciate his ability to blend the classical piano into a successful electronic track.
